Open to any team that has been approved for participation in the 2021 BC Mayhem Tournament.
Dates: May 21 – 24, 2021
Divisions: 2014/2013/2012/2011/2010/2009/2008/2007/2006
Level: Elite, AAA, & AA
Location: Planet Ice Coquitlam
Cost: $1950.00 plus tax
Payment schedule:
At time of registration: $200 plus GST (deposit)
May 1st, 2021: $1750 plus GST (balance)
Total: $1950.00 plus GST
Please identify your team's birth year for the tournament.
Also please note that your team must be carrying $5,000,000 in liability insurance to participate in the BC Mayhem tournament. This is common for all spring hockey tournaments. Please email a copy of your team insurance to info@bcmayhem.com. If your team does not yet have insurance, our provider would be happy to provide you with a quote (valid for USA and Canadian teams). Following your team payment please email your team logo to info@bcmayhem.com.
All out of town teams must be fully committed to our Stay and Play hotel package. Your team manager should mention the BC Mayhem tournament to release the available rooms that have been reserved for our participating teams. These hotels all help contribute to the tournament T-Shirts, Medals, Championship Belts and MVP prizes.
